About Me

Hello! I'm Matilde.
I’m a designer currently completing a Master’s in Information Experience Design at the Royal College of Art, graduating this August. My work focuses on creating immersive, engaging experiences and telling meaningful stories through the use of emerging technologies.
What sets me apart is my ability to design holistic, emotionally engaging experiences that are responsive to both context and audience. My process is deeply rooted in research, observation, and conversation. I listen carefully, adapt quickly, and shape my designs to reflect the needs of people and places. I always aim to create work that is relevant, inclusive, and impactful.
With a background in fine art and drawing, I bring a strong visual and conceptual foundation to everything I do. My creative practice spans video, virtual reality, photography, app design and web design, and participatory workshops. I approach each project with curiosity and openness, letting research and iteration lead the way.
Having lived and studied in several countries, I’ve learned to be adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable with diverse ways of thinking. I’m a fast learner and genuinely value listening and collaboration. These experiences shape the way I work, fueling a design practice that is thoughtful, flexible, and responsive to the world around it.
